Havenly Breeze Care
Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Havenly Breeze Care. These terms and conditions outline the rules, regulations, and mutual responsibilities regarding our premium home healthcare, clinical nursing, and patient care services in Lahore and Islamabad. By booking our registered nurses, patient attendants, physiotherapists, short clinical procedures, or renting medical equipment, you fully acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to these terms. Please read this Service Agreement carefully before confirming any healthcare deployments with our coordination team.

Legally Supervised Compliance
Zero-Poaching Safe Guard
100% Vetted Personnel

1. Deployment & Shifting Policies

Our services are deployed on a shift-basis (12-Hour Day/Night, or 24-Hour Continuous Care). Rotational cycles are coordinated directly by our office supervisors to ensure seamless, continuous coverage. Customers must not coordinate directly with staff members for shift changes, leaves, or alternate arrangements.

To maintain standard patient protection, our back-end management manages alternate staffing pools. In the event of scheduled leaves, illnesses, or sudden absences of deployed nursing staff, Havenly Breeze Care guarantees a matching, fully verified clinical backup professional within 4 to 6 hours.

2. Billing & Security Deposit

To activate home healthcare services, customers are required to settle all agreed advances, setup fees, and clinical security deposits beforehand. All regular payments and service invoices must be processed directly to our official corporate banking channels or cash receipts generated by corporate supervisors.

Our deployed medical staff, nurse aides, and caretakers are strictly restricted from collecting any direct personal tips, salaries, payments, or medical equipment fees. Havenly Breeze Care holds no liability for disputes, losses, or personal transactions coordinated directly outside our corporate channel.

Billing Compliance Checklist:

  • Settle advance service balances prior to staff deployment cycles
  • Never pay salaries or deposits directly to deployed nursing personnel
  • Direct all security deposits, rentals, and payments to corporate accounts only

3. Zero-Tolerance & Safety Code

To maintain absolute trust and safety inside home circles, we enforce a strict, double-sided, zero-tolerance code. Our staff members undergo thorough biometric registration, official Pakistani police background checks, and professional skills evaluations before home placement.

Correspondingly, we demand absolute respect, clean boundaries, and safety for our visiting male and female registered nurses, clinical assistants, and caregivers. Any verbal abuse, physical harassment, cultural discrimination, or unsafe working environments will result in immediate termination of the contract without refunds, followed by formal legal action under Pakistani jurisdiction.

4. Non-Solicitation Policy

Our visiting staff members are bound under active legal agreements with Havenly Breeze Care. Under no circumstances are clients or family members permitted to offer direct private hiring contracts, freelance side-gigs, or direct permanent employment to our deployed personnel during or within 12 months of service termination.

Poaching, soliciting, or employing our medical staff directly bypasses the necessary regulatory, background, and legal protection models we manage. Direct hiring breaches will result in immediate service withdrawal and will subject both the client and the staff member to substantial civil and contractual damage penalties.

5. Medical & Clinical Disclaimer

Our home care services are designed to perform non-invasive supportive nursing, clinical short procedures, and physical rehabilitation under the written prescriptions of your primary physicians and hospital consultants. Havenly Breeze Care is a specialized home nursing provider and is not a tertiary care hospital or primary emergency facility.

In cases of sudden critical status changes, acute cardiac lapses, or high-risk emergency situations, family members and caretakers must immediately coordinate with emergency ambulance services to transfer the patient to the nearest hospital, as home-based care holds inherent physical and mechanical limitations.
